VyVyan – Punk Till I Die

By Kev le Chat (Text) and Miki de Goodaboom (Illustration)

Vyvyan was getting bored in Bangor. It had been something of a disappointment to him. When he’d been shipped off there unceremoniously, in a dusty old cardboard box, he thought it might be exciting.

BANGOR! Like a bomb!

But no….bored, bored, bored, BORED!

He couldn’t remember how long he’d been there now, gathering dust in that market hall. He was glad he had his bottle of beer though. Back in 1977, they all loved him, loved his punk style, but he was a bit old hat now, wasn’t he?

Somebody was looking at him now. A bit of a hairy scary bloke to be honest…he looked like a musician though.

“Hang on, he’s bought me!”  Exclaimed Vyvyan,

“Bloody hell! Right that’s me sorted, I’m off to Spain to rock n roll! – bugger Bangor!”

  1. Vyvyan you have brought back memories of my college days in Scarborough. Lots of Punks there.! I always found the safety pin thin a bit weird.
You have a cute nose…but I’m sure you are not supposed to say that to a Punk.
Any way you are now in a perfect place for a ‘Rock n Roll ‘lifestyle. Have fun!
